76 car parking spaces will be provided in the basement, accessed via a ramp on Portal Way, to the south-east of the site. This includes some spaces for the residential and commercial users. 

Electric charging points will be included, as well as over 900 cycle spaces, to support and promote sustainable travel.

A Section 106 agreement with Ealing Council will ensure that new residents are not eligible to apply for a residents’ parking permit, to avoid any impact on existing parking arrangements.

Servicing will be via the new basement and from Portal Way, so there will be no impact on movements and the cycle route along Victoria Road. 

The impact of construction is being carefully considered as part of the Environmental Impact Assessment and the Transport Assessment. A framework Construction Logistics Plan, Construction Traffic Plan and Construction Environmental Management Plan will be submitted with the final planning application.
