This site, like the wider Southern Gateway area, was traditionally industrial.
By the 1970s Park Royal had become a thriving industrial estate, supported by the excellent road and rail transport links. Home to leading manufacturers, it established itself as a centre for manufacturing and engineering.
Since 2004, this area has been identified as suitable for regeneration, and is within the emerging Old Oak Common and Park Royal Opportunity Areas.
There have been several developments across the Southern Gateway in recent years, changing the industrial character of the area and providing a more vibrant mix of uses and buildings.
Our emerging proposals will integrate with other developments in the area and provide enhanced ecological features and public access routes.
