The Southern Gateway Area is becoming increasingly mixed-use in its nature in accordance with the Council’s aspirations for the area.

Next to our site, the Carphone Warehouse site recently secured a resolution to grant by Ealing Council for 764 new fl ats and retail space.

Similarly, Essential Living recently received a resolution to grant by Ealing Council to provide 534 new fl ats and retail space on the Perfume Factory site.

Our proposals are designed to complement and integrate with our neighbouring sites. We are in the position to begin work quickly if granted permission ensuing prompt delivery of new homes and employment opportunities for the area.
